5. Returns & Exchanges

• Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
