Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@fhace.com with your order number
- We will send you a prepaid return label
- Ship items back in their original packaging
- Refund is processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Opened or used products may not be eligible for a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@fhace.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
